La Quinta is a large country club that marks the transition between Marbella (Nueva Andalucía) and Benahavis. The location is a beautiful hillside setting, where a prestigious golf course flows through valleys flanked by villas with lovely mountain and sea views. La Quinta is close to Benahavis, San Pedro Alcántara and Marbella/Puerto Banús, yet offers a private domain surrounded by nature.
This well-established residential area is also home to a five-star spa hotel with fine dining restaurants, but the new extension of the country club, Real de La Quinta, will eventually also boast a manmade lagoon with lakeside club, restaurant, spa/gym, shops and boutique hotel. A residential resort on the edge of Marbella and a protected nature reserve.
